Amazon has surprised tech shoppers yet again with a money-saving offer that beats rival brands' own sales this Black Friday, as its stocks a hard-to-miss deal on the Beats Solo3 Wireless headphones, and you'll be £90 better off if you add them to your basket.

That's right, the Prime retailer has taken £90 off the usual £199.95 price, making it a lot cheaper than competitive Sony and Bose deals this sale season, but that's not to say those brands haven't cut their prices too. Bose has dropped £50 off their QuietComfort SE headphones while these Sony WH-1000XM4 are currently £30 off at £197.99.

For those with the intention of paying as little as possible in price this Black Friday the Beats Solo3 Wireless come out on top, at £109.99 they're £79 cheaper than the Bose pair and £88 cheaper than the Sony ones we've picked out. And if you're after a good quality pair of wireless headphones there's not much difference in them.

Amazon's £90 saving on the Beats Solo3 is available in five different colours; Gold, Rose Gold, Silver, Black, and Red giving shoppers more options than the Black Bose Quiet Comforts. Although Sony shoppers have a similar flexible choice with Black, Silver, Midnight Blue and White.

The Beats Solo3 pair are compatible with both Android and Apple phones and have up to 40 hours of battery life packed inside. A feature which many previous shoppers seem to be raving about, which is obvious from the string of five-star Amazon reviews.

"If you’re looking to invest in some brand new headphones, look no further! These beats headphones are so worth the money. The sound quality is amazing, they’re easy to set up on any of your devices and are comfortable too", a review left by a shopper at Amazon.

Another Amazon shopper said: "I bought Beats a couple of years ago and they lasted a good three years. I switched and tried a few others out but nothing compared so I went back to Beats and I cannot fault them. I use them for the gym, they cancel out most noise, are loud and are comfortable to wear."

Beats, Sony and Bose are some of the biggest names when it comes to sound tech but there are some differences. How do they compare? Price is the biggest difference when it comes to all three brands and Beats are the most affordable out of the option we've outlined above.

That being said its sound quality, portability and battery life are all selling points to the pair, although some users say their feel and quality could be improved. As one Amazon shopper said: "So after 2 years of use everyday I can say these are brilliant. First off they are not as comfy as the QC 35 from Bose but that is the only negative here."
