Paramount+ has slashed its prices with an awesome Black Friday deal that makes it cheaper than Netflix and Disney+. As rival streaming platforms increase their prices, Paramount is offering its huge library of quality films and shows for less than the price of a Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte.

To combat falling subscriber numbers and increase revenue, this year saw Disney+ hike its subscription cost to £10.99 a month for its Premium plan, while Netflix’s equivalent rose to £17.99. But thanks to a new Black Friday deal, there is a great alternative available for those looking for a cheaper way to stream.

Paramount+ is offering customers 50 percent off a monthly subscription, taking its price down to just £3.49 a month. This gives access to tons of hit shows like South Park, Yellowstone, Yellowjackets and the all-new series of Frasier.

Paramount+ is also home to some of the biggest films and franchises, including Mission: Impossible, Top Gun: Maverick, Scream and Star Trek – as well as a host of modern classics like Pulp Fiction and The Godfather. The limited-time offer expires on November 27, so there’s still time to snap up this deal before it runs out.

The 50 percent discount lasts for three months at which point the plan will auto-renew at the standard price of a monthly plan – currently, £6.99 a month – until cancelled. It’s worth noting that the standard price is still cheaper than both Disney+ and Netflix’s standard plan and includes thousands of top films and shows.

The streamer also has a host of new releases dropping in the run up to Christmas. Available now is the genre-bending black comedy The Curse, written and created by Nathan Fielder and Benny Safdie.

December sees some big launches starting with The Serial Killer’s Wife, a new British drama based on Alice Hunter’s best-selling novel of the same name. This is followed by Sheridan Smith’s new thriller The Castaways, which centres on two sisters who become embroiled in a mystery following a plane crash.

Bargain hunters looking for more streaming deals can also get Netflix included with a Sky TV package that costs less than £20 a month. As well as offering Netflix, Sky Stream and premium Sky channels like Sky Atlantic and Sky Max in this great entertainment bundle, customers can also add six months of Apple TV+ at no extra cost.

Shoppers can get all this for £19 a month and enjoy all the latest blockbuster shows on Sky, Netflix and Apple TV+ including Squid Game: The Challenge, Godzilla spin-off Monarch: Legacy of Monsters and season three of Slow Horses.

Bargain hunters can also bag six months of Disney+ for free while saving hundreds of pounds of a high-spec TV thanks to an awesome Black Friday deal from John Lewis. The retailer has cut £400 off Samsung’s 43” Neo QLED 4K UHD Smart TV, while the 50" model has been reduced by £300.

Samsung’s innovative The Frame QLED smart TV has been cut by £300 and also includes half price on selected soundbars and a free wall mount installation worth £125 at no extra cost.
