Police believe a man wanted for 'making threats to kill' may be staying in Stockport.

Officers released an appeal for help to track down Benjamin Smedley on November 13. The 25-year-old is wanted by police 'for threats to kill and other offences'.

Police said he had links to the Oldham and Rochdale areas. In an update issued this morning (November 22), officers said they had 'new information' on Smedley.

They now believe he may be staying in Stockport or in Blackpool. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is being urged to get in touch.
