It's safe to say we're firmly into autumn now, with the sun making a few less appearances while some more brisk weather swoops in to take its place.

But it's still a time of year that lends itself to some beautiful scenery, with golden leaves and gorgeous sunsets aplenty to be viewed and captured.

So if you love snapping scenic autumn views, we've opened up a competition to show off your best captures as well as checking out what other people have been sending in.

But be quick, as you'll only have until this Sunday (October 23) before we close for entries and open up for people to vote on their favourite.

We've been lucky enough to have some beautiful entries so far, with photos capturing a great variety of autumn views across Manchester.
